The project will investigate how software developers utilize AI tools, particularly in teamwork. We seek to answer the research questions: R1. How do experiences developers vs novice developers differ in their use of AI tools? R2. How does team
dynamics changing with introduction of AI tools for software development? R3. How does AI tools impact software quality? R4. How can we develop tools to assist software developers in their use of AI for development? Our contribution include deep knowledge about the impact of AI on software developmentteam work, as well as proof-of-concept of AI tools such as AI fact checkers, AI guidelines and actual programing tools.
