Description
Research description: Asger’s PhD research combines risk management and decision making in decentralized systems. He has a unique foundation as a former senior consultant in the software industry creating blockchain solutions. He has a bachelor’s degree in technology management and marine engineering along with a master’s degree in computer science on software development and technology from IT-University of Copenhagen. His blockchain research began in 2017 with his master thesis: The Foundation for a Blockchain Concept at Sea, which in 2019 generated the publication in MIS Quarterly Executive: A Ten-Step Decision Path to Determine When to Use Blockchain Technologies.
