I am Design Researcher, focusing on the intersection of Technology, Design and Art. I make THINGS - one can touch, interact and play with one's whole body.

My academic background includes Mechanical Engineering (TH) and Human-Computer Interaction Design (NL) with specialisation in Accessiblity (ES). Besides, I worked professionally as a creative technologist and a researcher in the health domain.

My current PhD position focuses on Experience Design. in collaboration with the Munch Lab at Munchmuseet. I am now interested in playful, discomfort as a resource for cultural mediation.
