My research is focused on mathematical modelling of infectious diseases. Recently, I have been interested in phylodynamics, which involves using pathogen genomic data to infer transmission pathways and population-level disease dynamics. I am also interested in stochastic processes (particularly branching processes) to model the spread of emerging pathogens.
