New Special Topic / Specialisation for KDDIT 2024
AI-driven products are reshaping industries as well as our everyday lives, yet many fail due to poor user experience. This course equips designers with the theories, methods, and toolkits to work with AI/ML as a design material. Through project-based learning, students will gain experience with user research and design methods in the context of AI- driven products (e.g., personalized services, virtual assistants, generative AI).
