Data in Design

The course combines approaches from research in Information Visualization (InfoVis) and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) with design methodology, data exploration, data sketching, and technical prototyping in modern web-technologies, as well as other prototyping tools.

The course explores what it means to design with data, and thus takes a practical, hands-on approach to integrate data in design work.

Thus, the course focuses on the doing of Data-driven Design.
